Policies: Smoking permitted on patios and balconies only.
Ice chests/coolers permitted on patios and balconies only - not in guestrooms.
Children over 16 are welcome.
Pets are not permitted on the property.

Payment:  Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a one-night deposit on a credit card (Visa/ Mastercard/American Express). The balance is due upon arrival.  Ask about discount for payment of balance in cash.

Check in: By appointment between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, early check-in may be available.
Check out: 11:00 AM.
Cancellation / Payment Policy:
* A deposit of one weekend's night's stay ( 2 nights for Saturday thru Sunday stays) is required. Balance is due upon arrival. The deposit, minus a $25.00 service charge, will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 10 days prior to the start of your
scheduled stay.

* Cancellations (and "no-shows") with less than 10 days notice will be charged the entire reserved stay.

* In the event of premature departure, your entire reservation must be honored.
Holiday and Weekend Requirements :
Two-night minimum for Saturday night reservations.
Single night reservations are possible midweek.
Three-night minimum for Holiday weekends.
Weekend rates apply for Holidays
